Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stratants website at stratants.com and the ANTS Intelligence platform at ants.stratants.com, operated by Stratants, an independent strategy advisory studio.

By accessing or using either service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ANTS Intelligence platform

ANTS Intelligence is a strategic advisory platform provided to clients of Stratants as part of an active advisory engagement. Access is by invitation only and requires a valid account.

As an ANTS Intelligence user, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for the purpose of your advisory engagement with Stratants
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share access with others
• Provide accurate business data to ensure advisory outputs are meaningful
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the platform
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Third-party integrations

ANTS Intelligence allows you to connect third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and Google Analytics. By connecting these platforms:

• You authorise Stratants to access the data from those platforms on your behalf, solely for the purpose of advisory analysis
• You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect and share that data
• You understand that Stratants accesses this data in read-only mode and does not create, modify, or delete content on your connected platforms
• You can revoke access at any time from within ANTS Intelligence or directly from the connected platform's settings

Your use of connected third-party platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service.

Advisory outputs and AI

ANTS Intelligence uses artificial intelligence to generate strategic insights, tension detection reports, and advisory outputs. These outputs are:

• Advisory in nature — not legal, financial, or professional advice in any regulated sense
• Based on the data you provide — the quality of outputs depends on the accuracy and completeness of your input data
• Intended to support decision-making — not to replace your own judgement or that of qualified professionals

Stratants is not liable for business decisions made based on ANTS Intelligence outputs.

Intellectual property

All content on stratants.com — including articles, frameworks, and the Reflections newsletter — is the intellectual property of Stratants. You may share individual pieces with attribution but may not reproduce, republish, or commercialise any content without written permission.

The ANTS Intelligence platform, including its design, architecture, and methodology, is proprietary to Stratants. Your business data remains yours — we do not claim ownership over any data you input into the platform.

Confidentiality

Stratants treats all client business data entered into ANTS Intelligence as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose your business data to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform (e.g. AI processing via Anthropic).

We expect the same in return — the advisory methodologies, SAGE reports, and platform outputs shared with you are proprietary to Stratants and should not be shared outside your organisation without permission.

Account termination

Access to ANTS Intelligence is linked to your active advisory engagement with Stratants. Upon conclusion of an engagement:

• Platform access will be suspended within 30 days of engagement end
• You may request an export of your data before access is closed
• Data will be retained for 90 days post-engagement then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion

Stratants reserves the right to suspend access immediately in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.

Limitation of liability

Stratants provides ANTS Intelligence on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active ANTS Intelligence users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Questions? Write to us at advisory@stratants.com.
