Who we are

Stratants is an independent strategy advisory studio operating at stratants.com. ANTS Intelligence is a strategic advisory platform operated by Stratants, accessible at ants.stratants.com. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at advisory@stratants.com.

What information we collect

Information you provide directly:

• Contact form — your name, email address, role, and the message you submit on the Start Here page.
• Newsletter signup — your email address if you subscribe to Reflections.
• ANTS Intelligence platform — business name, industry, revenue targets, campaign data, and strategic goals that you enter as part of your advisory engagement.
• Brand Clarity Scorecard — your email address if you subscribe to the Stratants newsletter after completing the scorecard. We do not collect your scorecard answers — only the final score and band are captured for internal analytics.
• Case study access requests — your name, email, phone number, organisation, and role when you request access to Stratants case studies.

Information collected via third-party integrations:

When you connect third-party platforms to ANTS Intelligence, we access data from those platforms on your behalf:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — When you connect your Meta Ads account, we access your ad account data including campaign names, ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and Instagram insights. We access only the data necessary to provide advisory intelligence. We do not post content, create ads, or make changes to your Meta accounts.
• Google Ads & Google Analytics — When you connect your Google accounts, we access campaign performance data and website analytics to support advisory analysis.

We access this data using OAuth 2.0 authorisation. You can revoke access at any time through the respective platform's settings.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry personally
• Send you new Reflections articles, if you subscribed
• Provide strategic advisory intelligence through the ANTS Intelligence platform
• Detect business tensions and generate advisory reports for your engagement
• Improve the accuracy and relevance of our advisory outputs

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your business data with any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.

Meta data — specific disclosure

When you connect your Meta Ads account to ANTS Intelligence:

• Data accessed — Ad account ID, campaign names, ad spend, impressions, reach, clicks, conversions, cost per result, and Instagram account insights (followers, reach, engagement).
• Purpose — To analyse your advertising performance and surface strategic tensions in your business.
• Storage — Meta data is stored securely on our servers and retained for the duration of your advisory engagement. You may request deletion at any time.
• No posting or modification — We never post content, create ads, or modify your Meta accounts. Access is read-only.
• Revocation — You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from within ANTS Intelligence or directly from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

How we store and protect your information

Contact form submissions are received via email and stored only in our email inbox. Newsletter subscriber emails — including those collected via the Brand Clarity Scorecard — are stored in the WordPress database on our server and used only to send advisory content and Reflections posts. Case study access requests are stored in the WordPress database pending review.

Enquiry data (name, email, message) submitted via the Start Here form, case study access requests, and Brand Clarity Scorecard completions are also sent as notifications to the Stratants advisor via a private Telegram bot. This notification is for internal operational purposes only — the data is not processed, stored, or used by Telegram for any purpose other than message delivery.

• All ANTS Intelligence data is stored on encrypted servers hosted by Hostinger (Mumbai, India).
• Access to your data is restricted to authorised Stratants personnel only.
• Data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• Third-party API credentials (OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

Data deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time:

• ANTS Intelligence data — Email advisory@stratants.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
• Meta data — To request deletion of Meta-sourced data specifically, email advisory@stratants.com with subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request."
• Facebook Data Deletion Callback — In accordance with Meta's requirements, we provide a data deletion callback at: https://ants.stratants.com/api/v1/meta/data-deletion

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for basic WordPress functionality. ANTS Intelligence uses session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking cookies, or any non-essential cookies.

Your rights

• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

This website and ANTS Intelligence interact with the following third-party services:

• Telegram — We use a private Telegram bot as an internal notification tool. When you submit the Start Here form, a case study access request, or complete the Brand Clarity Scorecard, a notification containing your submitted information is sent to the Stratants advisor via Telegram. Changes to this policy
